They organise logistics, delegate work, keep track of spending and oversee the overall quality of the job. Liaising with the clients, architects, surveyors and trades to arrange schedules and direct activities to make sure the project meets or exceeds your expectations.

From initial ideas to drawings, planning, designing the best construction solution turning your ideas into built reality.  We will guide and support you throughout the whole process and will oversee the building works on your behalf.  We will ensure the project is managed efficiently and safely whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail is meticulously maintained.

Norville-Brice is headed by James Brice, who has 20 years experience in the construction, and relishes in challenging projects, listed buildings and complex design.  Being an RIBA qualified Project Manager, he oversees each project. His technical background and eye for design/detail, ensure quality and the best possible outcome.

Should you be Project Managing your own build and have encountered challenges during the process or simply need time away from the project we can also help.   If you have run into difficulties with your builder/contractor for any reason time/money/quality we can help by either giving advise, assessing the job or taking on the project management to move to project forward.
